Dr. Autrene Buchanan Waite is paediatric surgeon in Kingston with a passion for excellence and a genuine love for medicine and how her talents can be applied to helping children.  This has been reflected in many achievements over the course of her career such as award in Excellence in Service, certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Dr. Buchanan Waite strives for both professional and personal development and believes in giving back to the community.

Dr. Buchanan is also a former president of the Jamaica Medical Doctors Association and still works within the public system where continues to make a difference in the lives of children and their parents.
